摘要
植物雄性不育在自然界中广泛存在。本文阐述了植物雄性不育的类型、分子机理、几种主要DNA遗传标记技术的基本原理及其在植物雄性不育研究中的应用与前景,并对不同DNA标记技术的优缺点进行了介绍和评述。
Male sterility in plants was widely existed in nature. This paper reviewed the type, molecular mechanism of male sterility in plant, and the basic principle of several main DNA molecular marker techniques and their applications and prospects in male sterility in plants. Besides, the advantages and disadvantages of different DNA molecular marker techniques were also evaluated.
