摘要
应用红外热成像测温技术和计算机模拟的方法,研究了陶瓷制品的无损检测技术,定义了最大表面温差△T,最佳理论检测时间t0.最佳理论检测灵敏度A等新的物理量,探讨了影响陶瓷红外热成像无损检测精度和灵敏度的主要因素。
The testing for defects in ceramic product with thermal image device was done and the image computer simulations for defect chalacter were also made. Three Physical terms,such as maximal surface temperature difference,optimal theoretical inspecting time and optimal theoretical theoretical sensiitivity were defined for the measurement of this sort. Factors influencing the accuracyand sensitivity are discussed.
