摘要 建立了新装备研制风险评估案例推理框架,并结合此框架建立案例推理程序以评估新装备研制风险。而对于其中存在的专家偏好问题,运用效用函数对其进行了综合评估。通过实例说明,该方法的有效性和可操作性。 A case-based reasoning framework of the risk evaluation for new equipment is established. Combined with this framework, the case-based reasoning procedure for evaluating the risk of new equipment is built. For the expert preference, it is evaluated by the utility function. Finally, an example is given to show that the method is valid and maneuverable.
