摘要
由于传统的中厚板轧制力计算模型结构简单,并且要测量模型中的一些参数较困难,即使采用一定自适应技术,也难以适应不断提高的中厚板尺寸精度的要求。为了提高中厚板轧机的轧制力预设定精度,笔者采用基于模糊理论计算轧制力参数算法,利用现场采集的数据进行了计算。结果表明,该方法的预测精度优于传统数学模型,预测结果的相对误差基本限制在±6%范围内。
As the structure of classical mathematical model is simple and measuring some parameter is difficult, even though self-adapting technology is used, it is difficult for the model to meet the requirement of the increasing dimensional accuracy. In this paper the algorithm of plate rolling force parameter based on fuzzy theory was used to improve the precision of prediction of rolling load. The results show that aforementioned method is much better than the classical one. The relative error is in the range from +6% to -6%.
