摘要
研究了(1-x)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-xBaTiO3系无铅压电陶瓷的介电、压电性能。通过X-射线衍射分析发现,当0.06≤x≤0.10时,该体系陶瓷具有三方、四方相共存的晶体结构,此时材料具有最佳的压电性能。测试x=0.06时陶瓷样品的介电温谱和电滞回线发现在相界附近的陶瓷为弛豫型铁电体,并在加热过程中发生了铁电-反铁电-顺电相的转变。
Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of (1-x) Na0.5 Bi0.5 TiO3-BaTiO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were investigated. According to XRD patterns, the rhombohedral-tetragonal morphotropic phase boundaries (MPB) of the ceramics exist in the composition range of x-0. 06-0. 10. The ceramics with composition near the MPB exhibit improved dielectric and piezoelectric properties. Temperature dependence of dielectric constant showed that the ceramics near the MPB are relaxor ferroelectrics. The hysteresis loops of specimen with composition of x-0.06 were measured at different temperature, the results indicated that the phase transition of ferroelectric-antiferroelectric-paraeletric occurred in the heating process.
