摘要
针对新型舰用铸铝密闭机柜的研制,对机柜的隔振缓冲设计在理论上做了定性分析,对机柜在具有一定刚强度的前提下的隔振缓冲设计作了一定的探索,并结合对比试验确定了该型机柜的隔振缓冲系统,为同类机柜的研究打下了坚实的基础。
This article focuses on the vibration isolation & shock buffering system design of a new type shipborn airtight cabinet made of cast alloy aluminum. A study is carried out on the concept of modem mechanical design which uses CAD system, and elaborate theoretical analyses were made. After a series of vibration tests, we finally determined the most proper vibration isolation & shock buffering system for the cabinet. We hope it will be useful for the further study on the design of the same type of cabinet.
