摘要 介绍了目前煤矿井下移动通信现状,分析了将小灵通移植延伸到井下的可行性和应用前景,并结 合漳村煤矿实际,提出了井下小灵通设计方案。通过分析,认为小灵通是矿井生产中较为理想的通信方 式。 In the 16^th Chinese Communist Party Center Committee, it was pointed out that, to realize the industrialization, the new-style industrial way with high industrial content, good economic effect, low resource consumption, low environmental pollution and full exertion of the advantage of human resources should be kept. In the 4th Plenary Session in the 16th Chinese Communist Party Center Committee, it was decided to develop the circled economic and construct economical society. In the 5th Plenary Session in the 16th Chinese Communist Party Center Committee, it was pointed out that using the scientific developmental idea to lead the total situation. Insisting the opinion of using the useful people as the base, changing developmental opinion, introducing devel- opmental modes, improving developmental quality, increasing the efficiency of constructing resource-saving and environmentally friendly society and thus push the economic development into an overall and harmonious developing track. These decisions and requirements pointed out the correct direct. One core task of all party and people now and later, is to carry out these decisions and requirements. As a mining group, especially a state-owned large mining group, how can it go in the effective utility, low consumption, less consumption and good effect way so as to improve the healthy quick and continuous development of the whole society? This is what all of us care and needed to be resolved urgently, which specially means much to the Shanxi Province as a resource and chemical base. In this journal, we introduce the article “practice and exploration of Lu'an circled-economic development”written by chairman of board and general manager of Lu'an Mining Group Co. Ltd. Ren Run-hou in order to communicate with you all.
