摘要
用荧光猝灭法研究了5’-硝基水杨基荧光酮(5’-NSF)-Tween-20体系的测定方法及条件。在0.006~0.01mol/L的H2SO4介质中,在Tween-20存在下,钛与试剂形成1:4的桔红色络合物,测钛的线性范围为0.02~5μg/25ml,检量限为0.8ng/ml。方法的灵敏度高,选择性也好.用于测定硅酸盐矿物中的微量钛,结果满意。
Condition of reaction of Ti(Ⅳ) with 5'-NSF was studied by fluorescence quenching method in the presence of surfactant Tween-20 and 0.006~0.01mol/L H2SO4 medium. The method has been used to determine trace amounts of Ti(Ⅳ) in silicaie minerals with high sensitivity and satisfied results. Its linear range covers 0.02~5.0mg/25ml for analysed solution.
