摘要
新型农村合作医疗制度是由政府组织、引导和支持的农民医疗互助共济制度,是农村医疗保障制度的主要实现形式。针对目前政府在新型农村合作医疗中承担责任的现状,指出政府为什么要在新型农村合作医疗中承担责任。结合浙江省新型农村合作医疗开展的具体情况,探讨浙江省政府承担责任的方式和存在的问题及其监督机制。
A new rural cooperative medical care system is farmer＇s medical mutual helping system organized, guided and supported by local government, which is the supreme executive form of country medical-care assurance. According to the fatigued and weak governmental duty in new rural cooperative medical care system, the article points out why the government should shoulder the burden of new rural cooperative medical care system and what duties should it takes. The existing problems, and supervision methods were mentioned in light of the Zheiiang situation.
