Comparison of effects on immune response functions between laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy

摘要 手术创伤会引起机体生理和免疫功能的改变,神经内分泌、代谢、免疫系统相互作用可调节机体的急性期反应.手术创伤的大小对早期炎症反应程度的影响至关重要.已有很多关于传统开腹手术对免疫应激功能影响的研究,为评价腹腔镜手术提供了对比基础.本文比较并评价了二者对于机体应激反应、细胞免疫、腹腔防御的影响.
