摘要
运用注凝成型工艺研究了添加剂MgO和Fe2O3对钛酸铝合成效果和热稳定性的影响。研究发现:MgO作为添加剂能够活化烧结,促进钛酸铝的合成。添加8%MgO合成的钛酸铝陶瓷经1100℃、20h保温后,其分解率为零,达到了制备稳定钛酸铝陶瓷的目的。
The additives of magnesia and ferric oxide effect on thermal stability performance and synthesis result of aluminium titanate were studied through gelcasting process. Research showed that magnesia was used as additive can activate sintering and promote the synthesis of aluminium titanate. And the decomposition ratio of aluminium titanate which was prepared by adding 8 mol% magnesia was zero after 1100℃ 20h thermal retardation. The purpose of preparing stable aluminium titanate ceramics was achieved.
