摘要
评述了铌含量对锆合金组织和耐蚀性的影响,认为含铌量是锆合金耐蚀性的重要控制因素,并影响基体晶粒的大小;时效退火析出的第二相粒子的类型、分布和体积分数随铌含量的增加而变化;一定条件下,Zr-x%Nb系合金的基体含铌量接近于平衡固溶度时,锆合金具有较好的耐蚀性。
This paper reviews the effects of niobium on zirconium-base alloys, puts forward that niobium content can adjust the grain size of zirconium substrates and effect on the type, distributing and volume factors of second phases particles, points out that niobium content is important for the corrosion resistance of the zirconium-base alloys, which is good to the corrosion resistance when it is close to the equilibrium solubility niobium in zirconium.
