摘要
与西方发达国家20世纪50年代后期进入城市郊区化一样,随着城市化步伐的加快,中国在20世纪80年代后期也逐渐出现了城市郊区化的现象。中国独特的国情决定了中国城市郊区化面临着许多约束,集中体现为土地约束、交通约束和环境约束。弄清这些约束因素,对于寻找中国特色的城市郊区化道路具有重要意义。
With the rapid development of Urbanization, the phenomena of suburbanization has come sprout in late 1980s,as it is just like the suburbanization situation in western countries in late 1950s. But there are many restriction factors in the suburbanization trend due to the special situation of China, of which Land restriction, transportation restriction and environment restriction are the main embodiments. And I am sure it is important to make these main restriction factors clear to avoid wrong decisions of the suburbanization in western countries and build China special suburbanization road.
