摘要
合成了7个新的含安替比林基的芳甲酰基硫脲类化合物(5a^5 g),其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析确证。对5进行的室内生物活性测试结果表明,部分5对某些真菌具有较高的抑菌率,其中5 c和5 f对黄瓜灰霉的抑菌率分别达到96.23%和94.34%。
Seven new N- (4-aminoantiprine) -N'-arylformyl thiourea ( 5a - 5g ) were synthesized and the structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The biological activity tests showed that some target compounds heve comparatively high percentages of bacteriostasis, and the percentage of bacteriostasis of 5e and 5c reaches 96.23% and 94.34%, respectively.
