摘要
以一种高增压柴油机为例,将其原进气涡流的开式燃烧室改为智能燃烧室,说明了控制活塞在发动机变工况条件下是如何工作的,以及这种燃烧室对柴油机在提高启动性,降低有害排放,提高机械效率和热效率,降低最大机械负荷和热负荷,实现超高增压,较大地增大输出功率等方面所起的作用。
Takng a high pressure- charging engine as an example, this paper expounds how the combustion- controlled piston works in variable working conditions if the original open- type combustion chamber with intake eddy is modified to be. an intelligent combustion chamber. It also points out the functions in start - up, reduction of harmful emissions, improvement of mechamical and thermal efficiency, reduction of maximum mechanical and thermal load, realization of super high pressure - charging, great increase of output power.
