摘要
用DSC研究了线型聚苯硫醚(PPS)在氮气气氛中高于熔点热历程下结晶度(X_c)和热性能的变化,提出由第一次与第二次测得的X_c差异来表征PPS氧化交联的程度。结果表明,随热历程温度提高或时间延长,氧化交联程度加深;X_c降低;玻璃化温度(T_g)提高。研究结果为长期耐高温PPS/GF复合材料构件的热层压工艺提供技术依据。
Crystalline degree(Xc)and properties of linear polyphenylene sulfid (PPS) was measured by DSC in nitrogen enviroment. It is proposed that the variation of Xc between the first and the second analysis may used to characterize the degree of oxidizing crosslink of PPS resin.The results show that the degree of oxidizing crosslink and glass transfer temperature(Tg)increase and Xc decrease with the increasing of heat treatment temperature and time. The results may be used in heating laminating process for high temperature-resistant PPS/GF composite materials.
