摘要
探讨了磺化聚苯醚(SPPO)及其碱金属盐的导电性规律,发现其锂盐具有较好的单离子传导性,并且室温电导率可达10^(-6)S/cm。运用DSC、X射线衍射、电镜对其凝聚态结构进行了分析。
The conducting properties for sulfonated poly(phenylene oxide)(SPPO)and its alkali metallic salts were investigated. The conductivity of SPPOLi was as high as 10 ̄(-6) S/cm and the conductivity order for various types of SPPO is σSPPONa>σSPPONa>σSPPOK> σSPPOH.The X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrated that the regularity of condensed state declined with the raising of sulfonation degrees.After neutralization. the regularity would drop further. TEM photograph showed that as salifying made the bulk more evenly by disturbing the self-congregation of similar structure,it would smoothen the ion pathway. Study to the SPPO's conductivity dependence on temperature indicated that lgσplotting against 1/T was a straight line in a temperature range of 20 to 80℃,so the relation between them obeyed the Arrhenius equation. As the cation's transference number was determined to be near unity,the systems were single-ion-conducting materials in character.
