摘要
提出了一种新型单级隔离式半桥功率因数校正变换器拓扑。它能有效减小功率器件的电压过冲,高频变压器也无需去磁复位处理,并具有良好的平衡能力。以输入电感电流工作在不连续导电模式(DCM)为例,分析了电路工作原理,给出了200W变换器的仿真和实验波形,验证了理论分析的正确性。
In this paper,a novel single-stage isolated half-bridge power-factor-correction (PFC) converter is proposed. It can effectively reduce the overshoot voltage of the power devices.The high frequency transformer needn't demagnetization and resetting.In addition,half-bridge structure has good balance ability.The operation principle of this circuit is analyzed in the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) of the input inductor current.The waveforms of simulation and experiment on a 200W PFC converter are given.The achieved results are in good agreement with academic analysis.
