摘要 针对低扬程泵站直管式出水流道水力设计中存在的问题,采用CFD理论对其进行了优化水力计算,并采用流 道模型试验的方法对理论计算结果进行了验证。这种将数值模拟计算与流道模型试验相结合的方法,已应用于南水 北调东线一期工程台儿庄泵站设计中。 Aiming at the problems existed in a straight outlet of the pumping station with low head, method of 3D turbulent numerical calculation was applied to optimize the straight outlet, and method of model test of transparent outlet was also applied to verify the calculation results, The results show that the optimum scheme improves the flow pattern in the outlet and obviously reduces hydraulic loss of the outlet. So the method combining the calculation with the model test has been successfully used to optimize straight outlet of the Taierzhuang Pumping Station, which is one of the Project to Divert Water from South-to-North.
