摘要
基于在磷酸介质中I-对溴酸钾氧化维多利亚蓝(B)褪色反应的催化作用,建立了一种用反相流动注射催化动力学光度法测定微量元素碘的新分析体系,该方法的线性范围为0.2～4.0μg/mL,检出限为0.12μg/mL,相关系数为0.9982.用该方法测定碘盐中微量I-,结果令人满意.
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iodide has been established by reverse flow injection technique based on iodide catalyzing determination reaction of victoria blue （B） with potassium bromate in the phosphoric acid. Linear calibration curve were obtained from 0.2-4.0 μg/mL with a correlation coeffient of 0. 998 2. The detection limit is 0.12 μg/mL. The method has been used for the determination of trace iodide in table salt with satisfactory result.
