摘要
综述了紫杉醇的药理作用和药代动力学，单药、联合用药及与放疗综合治疗非小细胞肺癌的结果、不良反应、剂量与用法。
The pharmacological and pharmacokinetic properties of paclitaxel and its clinical results and ADRs in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer in monotherapy and in combined therapy are reviewed.It is concluded that from extensive studies,paclitaxel is a very promising anticancer agent.
