摘要
在炉缸底部炭砖热面筑砌一层陶瓷垫,直接影响炉底渣铁凝固层的形成。讨论了炉底的结构问题,在高炉投入运行初期,现行的炉底不可能形成凝固壳,但可以形成一定厚度的两相区。建立了炉缸炉底传热学模型,应用该模型的计算结果表明:在生产初期,合适的陶瓷垫参数能够提高炉底的抗侵蚀能力,减缓炉底的侵蚀速度,延长高炉寿命。
Abstract~ Lining a layer of ceramic pads at the bottom of hearth can directly influence the slag-pig solidified layer. The hearth structure is discussed. It is impossible to form a solidified layer at beginning of production, but it is possible to form a two-phase zone of certain thickness. The mathematical model of heat transfer at hearth bottom was established. The calculated results show that appropriate parameters of lined ceramic pads can improve erosion resistance of the bottom and prolong campaign life of blast furnace.
