摘要
高校师资管理是高校改革发展面临的战略任务,传统师资管理模式亟需重构。从构建的背景、机理和保障等三个方面提出了构建新模式的路径选择。
Teaching staff management in universities is a strategic task for the development of higher education reforms and its old-dated pattern on management must be reestablished. The author advances a choice of approach to establish a new pattern on teaching staff in colleges from the three aspects of background, function and guarantee.
