摘要
溶脲脲原体(U.U.)是泌尿生殖道常见的病原体。在U.U.上行性感染的动物模型中,已证明睾丸可发生明显的病理损伤。本文以对数生长期U.U.及热灭活U.U.加入培养的小鼠T淋巴细胞中,并检测T淋巴细胞产生IFN-r的活性。实验表明低剂量活U.U.与热灭活U.U.可使T产生IFN-r的活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。而高剂量活U.U.可抑制T产生IFN-r(P<0.005)。提示U.U.
U.U. is one of the common existed pathogens in the urogenital tracts. It has been verified that Ureaplasma Urealyticum (U.U). infection could lead to significant pathologic changes in testis using an animal model of asending U.U. infection. In this paper, we reported the effect of U.U. on IFN r production by mouse T lymphocyte. It has been show that both lower amount of living U.U. at loganithmic growth phase and the heat inactivated U.U. can stimulate the production of IFN r by the mouse T cell (P<0.05) and relative higher amount of living U.U. can inhibit the production of IFN r (P<0.05). It has been suggested that the microenvironment changes one of which is the IFN r increase or decrease, might be closely related to the pathologic changes in testis of U.U. infectious animal model.
