确定葛根和山楂中的黄酮类化合物为功能因子,将产品定位于中老年心脑血管疾病的预防和辅助治疗上,产品以祖国传统中医方剂和药膳配方为依据,采用现代食品生产技术加工而成,功能确定,口感良好。
This study affirms yellow flawnoids in pueraria lobata ohwi and haw as functional factor and makes the product fix in precaution and auxiliary remedy about middle old ages cardiovascular diseales.The product is based on traditional chinese medical science and the modern food processing technique.
