摘要
应用模糊数学的模糊模式识别理论,结合专业知识,统计出颈椎病临床上最常见的神经根型、脊髓型和椎动脉型三症型在25个特征症状中的权重,组成颈椎病的症状──症型的矩阵R25×3,并例举3例随机抽取的临床病案对颈椎病模糊模式识别的科学性、可靠性进行验证。该数学方法的引入,帮助提高了颈椎病分型诊断的准确性。
Using the fuzzy pattern recognization theory in fuzzy mathematics,the author counted up the distribution of the commonest 3 types of cervical spondylosis(nervous-root,spinal-cord and vertebral-artery types)in 25 characteristic symptoms,made up the symptoms-types matrix R25 x 3.and verified the scientificalness and reliability of the theory in cervical spondylosis diagnosis by 3 clinical case records randomly sampled. The application of this mathematical method could help to improve the accuracy of the typing diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.
