摘要
在为磁选流程制定合理选别条件和探查影响磁选精矿质量的原因时,需对矿物的比磁化系数进行研究。测定比磁化系数用的样品不仅要在矿石性质上有代表性,还应结合选别工艺条件。为此提出了3种制备比磁化系数测定用样品的方法,即块矿法、单纯法和精选法,对这些方法进行了详细介绍,并论述了它们各自的适用场合。
Study should be made on the specific susceptibility of minerals in determining the rational separation conditions for magnetic separation flowsheet and investigating the factors affecting the concentrate quality of magnetic separation. The sample for determing the specific susceptibility should not only be representative of the ore properties but in combination with the technological conditions for separation. For this, three methods for the related testing sample preparation are proposed, namely, lump ore method, single mineral method and concentration method. Detailed description is made of these methods and their applicable conditions are discussed.
