摘要
目的探讨BCL10与NF-κBp65在结直肠腺癌发生与发展中的作用。方法用免疫组化二步法对20例正常结直肠粘膜组织和40例结直肠腺癌作BCL10和NF-κBp65染色。结果结直肠腺癌组织中BCL10和NF-κBp65表达强度显著强于正常结直肠粘膜组织;它们的表达强度与临床病理分期和淋巴道转移有关;BCL10与NF-κBp65表达呈正相关作用。结论BCL10致NF-κB过度活化可促进结直肠腺癌的发生与发展,量化测定BCL10和NF-κBp65的表达有助于判断其侵袭力与淋巴道转移。
Objective: To study the functions of BCL10 and NF-kBp65 in the development and progress of colorectal adenocarcinomas. Methods : The expressions of BCL10 and NF-kBp65 were examined by immunohistochemical technique in 40 cases of colorectal adenocarcinomas and 20 cases of normal colorectal tissues. Results: The expressions of BCL10 and NF-kBp65 were stronger in which with colorectal adenocarcinomas than in which with normal colorectal tissues. Of the colorectal adenocarcinomas, the positive intensities of BCL10 and NF-lBp65 were associated with clinicopathological stage and lymph node metastasis. There was a positive correlation between the expression of BCL10 and NF-kBp65. Conclusions.. BCL10 can activate NF-kBp65 which may be associated with the development and progress of colorectal adenocarcinomas. Detected the ,expressions of BCL10 and NF-kBp65 in colorectal adenocarcinomas are helpful to estimate its invasion depth and lymph node metastasis.
