摘要
针对加热炉燃烧控制中普遍存在的燃气热值不稳定问题,提出一种燃烧控制的新方案——分离控制.该方法保留了传统的温度-燃料流量串级控制,同时按照生产率模型调节空气流量,克服了以往串级比值燃烧控制策略无法解决的燃料热值波动时空燃比难以自动修正的缺陷.实际工业应用结果表明,分离控制不但较好地解决了热值波动时燃烧效率问题,而且改善了炉膛温度的控制质量.
A combustion control strategy is presented to deal with the disturbance of unstable fuel caloric capacity (FCC) of metallurgic plant reheating furnaces. This method is called 'separation control', in which the temperature-gas flow cascade control loop is still kept and air flow is turned separately according to the feed-forward productivity model. The disadvantage that the ratio can not auto-turn along with FCC change of traditional cascade- ratio strategy is overcome. The separation control strategy is efficient and practical in keeping combustion efficiency and improving the control quality of chamber temperature of reheating furnace.
