52例HGF在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与血管生成的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测52例子宫内膜腺癌和12例正常子宫内膜组织中HGF表达和微血管密度(MVD)。结果子宫内膜癌组织中HGF、MVD较正常子宫内膜组织明显增高(P<0.05);子宫内膜癌组织中,MVD在HGF阴性、阳性、强阳性表达组依次升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论HGF的过度表达及MVD增高与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有关;HGF可促进肿瘤血管生成。 Objectives To investigate the expression and significance of HGF and its role in angiogenesis in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Using S-P immunohistochemistry method, we examined the expression of HGF and MVD in the specimens of 52 cases with endometrial catcinoma and 16 cases with normal endometrium. Results The expression of HGF and MVD in EC were significantly higher than in normal endometrium. The MVD in EC were increased in turn by group of HGF negative, positive and strong positive expression, and there were marked difference among them. Conclusion Overexpression of HGF and MVD facilitates the malignant progress of endometrium; HGF can promote angiogenesis in EC.
