摘要 介绍了以钢渣为主要原料用熔融法制备微晶玻璃的方法。以CAS系统相图作为配料依据,通过基础玻璃的DTA曲线确定最佳的基础玻璃组成。用XRD、SEM确定微晶玻璃主晶相为透辉石,晶粒形貌为颗粒状,晶粒的尺寸约为1μm。以钢渣为主要原料生产微晶玻璃是钢渣开发利用的有效的新途径。 The method of manufacturing glass - ceramics using steel slag as a major material was described. Batch composition was studied based on phase diagram of CAS system and DTA curve. Crystallization phases were determined by using XRD and SEM. The results show that dominant crystalline phase is diopside. The shape of the diopside crystals is granule - like. The size of the crystals is about 1 μm. The method of manufacturing glass - ceramics with steel slag is a new and effective way for comprehensive utilization of steel slag.
