通过对学习者心理分析,阐述了影响学习动机的因素;结合"医学教育技术"网络课程的制作把电子学习档案概念用于对一门网络课程学习的监控和评价,其制作的电子学习档案模块对学习者的学习动力和情感交互有显著的促进作用.
By analyzing learners' psychology, the paper discusses the factors affecting learners'motivation. Moreover, in the course of Medical Education Technology, E - portfolio was applied to supervise and evaluate this web- based course. The electronic files play a prominent role in promoting learners'motivation and their emotional interaction.
