摘要
介绍了我国设立建造师执业资格制度的背景、必要性和目的以及国际上此领域的发展情况,论述了我国注册建造师和注册监理工程师在执业过程中的职责对照。通过对两者的差异进行对比研究,分析了注册建造师的考试中对职业健康安全和环境管理这部分内容的必要性以及考核要求和要点。
The constructor＇s vocational qualification system is a new vocational qualification system to those specialized technical personals who engage in construction in China. This paper introduces the main points of vocational qualification system of constructor and consulting engineer in China and deal with a comparative study on the main different responsibility between constructor and consulting engineer . The study on the differences shows that it＇s necessary to add occupation healthy security and environment management to the constructor＇s vocational qualification test. This paper can be used as a reference to those who will take part in the constructor＇s vocation qualification test and those who engage in project management.
