摘要
应用中性蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、纤维素酶的水解作用,对含铬羊皮制革下脚料及革屑进行脱铬试验。结果表明;纤维素酶对革屑的铬脱除效果最好,依次是中性蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶。而中性蛋白酶对羊皮下脚料的铬脱除最理想,碱性蛋白酶次之。作者认为酶的脱铬能力强弱与酶的品种、控制条件有关。
Abstract This paper introduces a research for enzymatic dechroming of ovine offals and shavings which contains chrome,with the hydrolysis of neutral protease,alkaline protease and cellulose enzyme respectively. The experimental results showed that the cellulose enzyme has the most effective in shavings dechroming, the neutral protease takes second and the alkaline protease the third in proper order,while in the case of ovine offals dechroming,the neutral protease takes first place and the alkaline protease next to it.The dechroming ability of enzymes depend on the type of enzyme and the control conditions.
