吸湿—回干对马尾松种子播种品质的影响

摘要 利用吸湿-回干种子处理技术,研究了不同处理条件对马尾松种子活力水平的影响.结果表明在10℃条件下的1~2个吸湿-回干循环处理,能较好地提高高活力(发芽率为83%)或中等活力(发芽率为66%)马尾松种子活力水平,特别对中等活力水平马尾松种子的处理效果尤为明显,发芽率由66%被提高到83%;种子发芽指数也有所提高,平均发芽时间缩短2~3 d,但中等活力水平种子的发芽势没有明显改善.研究结果同时也表明3个循环的干湿处理或较高温度下的吸湿-回干处理对种子产生了一定伤害. The influences of different treatment conditions on Pinus massoniana seed vigor level were studied by hygrozcopy-dehy- dration seed treatment teehnology.The results showed that 1~ 2 hygrocopy-dehydration cycle treatment under 10℃ condition could increase high(budding rate was 83 % )-and mid(budding rate was 66 % )-vigorous Pinus massoniana seed vigor level, the effect on the mid-vigorous level of Pinus massoniana seed treatment was specially evident, the budding rate increased to 83% from 66% ; the budding index also increased in a degree, the average budding time was shortened by 2~3 days, but the mid-vigorous level of seed budding energy didn' t change evidently. The study results showed that 3 cycles of wet and dry treatment or hygroseopy-dehydration treatment under relatively high temperature produced a certain harm to seed.
