大豆生长对CO_2浓度增加的响应 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过大气CO2浓度控制实验,研究了盆栽大豆在700、500、350μmol.mol-1CO2浓度处理下,净光合速率(Pn)、生育性状和产量的变化。试验结果表明,随着环境CO2浓度的增加,大豆净光合速率显著提高。CO2浓度升高对大豆的叶长、叶宽、叶面积、株高、叶柄长、茎粗、叶比重都有不同程度的增加,其中叶面积、株高和茎粗增加比较明显,700比350μmol.mol-1分别增长19.61%、16.42%和14.28%;500比350μmol.mol-1增长14.76%、9.75和7.35%。高CO2浓度对大豆产量各构成因子的贡献存在差异,对单株粒数提高幅度最大,分别为10.4%和17.7%。
