摘要 提出一种轮胎气压在线监测装置的设计方案,利用装在轮胎气门内的传感器和装在轮轴上的发送单元,采集各个轮胎当前的气体压力、温度的数据,经调制后再以无线射频信号发送,采用“充电式”供电,即采用微型可充电电池和简易发电装置作为无线发送的电源,通过驾驶室内的接收处理器对行驶中的汽车各个轮胎的压力、温度状况进行准确、实时监测,并对轮胎过热、过压、欠压和过欠压情况进行报警。对其硬件和软件实现进行详细的论述。 Introduces the design scheme of tire pressure online monitoring instrument. The sensors are installed in the tire valves and the transmit units are on the axles. The current datum of pressure and temperature of each tire are sent to the receivers in the cabs in the form of wireless radio-frequency signal after gathered and modulated, which uses“ charging type” which include subminiature charging batteries and simple generator fits as the power of wireless transmitting. Through receiver and processor, the state of pressure and temperature can be real -time monitored precisely and the situation of overpressure, overheat or underpressure can be alarmed acoustooptically, Emphasizes the realization of hardware and software.
