摘要
考察了ASBR工艺对啤酒废水CODCr去除率和产气率的影响.研究表明,ASBR处理啤酒废水适宜参数为:温度30~40℃,pH 7~8,反应时间24 h,MLSS 5000~5 500mg/L.在此工艺参数下连续运行1周,CODCr、TSS去除率分别为80.9%、74%,产气率约为500L/kgCODCr.
Anaerobic sequencing batch reactor (ASBR) is a new type of anaerobic reactor. In this paper, ASBR was used to treat beer brewery wastewater. The influencing factors such as reaction time, temperature, MLSS and pH value on the CODer removal and gas yield of ASBR were studied. The obtained optimal parameters of ASBR for beer brewery wastewater treatment are: temperature = 30 to 40℃, pH = 7 to 8, reaction time = 24 h, MLSS - 5 000 to 5 500 mg/L. Under condition of these parameters, removals up to 80 % and 74 % were obtained for CODcr and TSS respectively. The methane yield at this time was 500 L/kgCODCr approximately.
