防水锤节能球形止回阀的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 为完成对防水锤节能球形止回阀的性能研究,利用Fluent软件对其内流场进行了数值模拟,并对计算结果进行了全面的分析,同时与一般的止回阀进行对比,从水力性能上分析出该球形止回阀具有水力损失小、具有较好的防水锤和节能效果等优点,为管路系统中阀门的选择,水锤的预防提供参考资料。 In order to accomplish the performance research on a spherical check valve with preventing water hammer and energy-saving, a numerical simulation for it's internal flow field by using Fluent software is conducted. The calculation results am comprehensively analyzed, and compared with the results obtained from the common check valve. The spherical check valve with preventing water hammer and energy-saving has some advantages, such as hydraulic loss smallness,having better water-preventing hammer and energy-saving effect from the hydraulic property's point of view. The simulation offers the reference information for the selection of valves and prevention of water hammer in pipe systems.
