摘要
用数学模型法对1万t/a氯丁橡胶生产厂乙炔二聚合成乙烯基乙炔(MVA)的外循环型鼓泡式反应器(上、下段直径为3.5m,2.0m)和直筒标准型鼓泡式反应器(A型直径为2.0m)进行了放大设计。结果表明,当反应器原料进口压力相同时,外循环型鼓泡式反应的MVA选择性为直筒标准A型的1.92倍,有效反应体积为后者的86%,气体输送功为后者的78%;前者的有效催化剂量为18.2m3,后者的为18.8m3;前者乙炔消耗的无效率为5.76%,后者为10.33%;使用前者每年可节约原料费174万元。
The external circulating type and vertical cylinder type bubble reactors for acetylene dimerization in the synthesis of monovinyl acetylene to l0 k t / a of chloroprene rubber were scale up designed by mathematical modlel method. The calculating result showed that the reaction selectivithy of MVA of the external circulating type was 1. 92 that of the vertical cylinder bubble reactor, and it could reduce the transport power of gas, the effective reaction volume of reactor, and save the cost of material gas.
