摘要
目前,新型干法生产线的窑头和窑尾烟囱一般使用钢烟囱。文章分析了钢烟囱造价低、易固定、工艺布置方便、设计计算简单等众多优势;介绍了碳钢在不同环境中的腐蚀速度和钢烟囱被腐蚀的机理等。在此基础上,进行了钢烟囱选材推荐:(1)在沙漠等干燥地区,钢材不易腐蚀,可选用普通Q235钢板制造烟囱;(2)在大多数地区,除大气湿含量较高外,废气也具有较大的腐蚀性,可选用耐候钢板(Q235NH)制造烟囱;(3)在南方湿热地区或海滨附近,由于腐蚀严重,可选用高耐候钢板制造烟囱。
At present, chimneys at cold and hot end of kiln are made of steel usually for its advantages such as low cost and ease to fix, simple calculation and easy to arrange in process flow etc.. This paper gives recommendation of material selection of steel chimney in different region based on an analysis of the speed and mechanism of corrosion in various environmental circumstances: (1) common Q235 steel can be used in dry areas like desert, for steel is not prone to corrosion; (2) exhaust gas is of high corrosive besides high moisture content, weather resisting steel(Q235NH) may be used in most area; (3) high weather resisting steel may be used in hot and humid area for serious corrosion.
