摘要
合成了具有抗氧、分散功能的N-烷基异丙醇胺,经与光稳定剂复合而成FCC柴油稳定剂。加入到FCC柴油中,可显著改善其安定性。实验结果表明,当稳定剂加入量为100mg/L时,FCC柴油在常温和50℃下储存40天后,其沉渣量和色度均能达到国家一级品柴油的质量标准(沉渣<2.0mg/100ml,色度<3.5)。
N - alkylisopropanolamine, which has antioxygen and dispersion function was synthesized. It was complexed with light stabilizer to get stabilizer. Which can greatly improve stability for diesel fuels especially for catalytic cracking light cycle oils ( LCOS). The experimental results indicated that the diesel stability reached the national quality standard of the first grade product ( deposit < 2. Omg/100ml , and colority < 3. 5 ) after storing 40 days at the temperature 20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃ or 45 ℃ ~50℃ and adding stabilizer quantity 100.
