摘要
基于聚氨酯复合泡沫塑料的准静态压缩及动态压缩实验数据,讨论了不同材料参数和实验环境对材料应力-应变特性的影响。在此基础上,本文对Sherwood-Frost的本构关系框架进行了扩充,引入了空心球填充比的影响,然后基于实验数据用数值方法拟合了聚氨酯复合泡沫塑料包含应变率、密度以及填充比的压缩本构关系。
Based on the experimental data of quasi-static compression and dynamic compression of PUR syntactic foamed plastics, the influence of material parameters and experiment environment on the stress-strain characteristics is discussed. The Sherwood-Frost constitutive model is improved in order to describe the influence of hollow sphere content. By means of this improvement, the compressive constitutive relation is fitted by the numerical method according to the experimental data of PUR syntactic foamed plastics, which includes the influence of strain rate, density, and sphere content.
