在分析了铜铝管焊接工艺过程的基础上,重点论述了铜铝管对焊机执行系统和控制系统的设计。
This paper, based on analyzing the process of Cu-A1 pipe butt welding, discussed the design of the executive system and control system for PLC controlled Cu-A1 pipe butt welder. In practice, the PLC controlled Cu-A1 pipe butt welder meets the expectationfor high quality Cu-A1 welding completely. See from its performance and the testing results of welding equality, the whole technology perfor- mance of the PLC controlled Cu-A1 pipe butt welder reaches the top position among the same kinds all over the world.
