摘要
基于平均温差法,调用REFPROP7.0确定超临界CO2剧烈变化的热物性,采用迭代方法对紧凑式微通道气体冷却器进行设计。选用近期发表的两个超临界CO2管内换热计算关联式进行设计计算,结果表明二者对气体冷却器的设计影响不大;CO2侧压降计算表明压降很小。文章阐述了有关试制工艺。
A modified design calculation program was developed for gas coolers using the mean temperature difference method. Since the variable thermophysical properties of supercritical CO2 significantly influence the convection heat transfer in tubes, the thermodynamic and transport properties of supercritical CO2 used in the calculations were determined with REFPROP7.0. The two most recent published correlations for in-tube cooling were also used in the program. The results show no notable difference between the two correlations. The in-tube pressure drop predicted is also quite small.
