复合半导体纳米材料的研究与制备

Research and preparation on composite material of semiconductor nanopartical

摘要 综述了纳米半导体的特性及应用,以及复合半导体纳米微粒的类型及其制备等方面的进展。 Semiconductor nanoparticles have potential application in national defence, electron, chemical industry, nucleus technique, metallurgy, aviation, light industry and medicine due to their strong optical and electronic properties. Research in this area has recently expanded beyond studies of isolated nanoparticals to include investigations of the properties of composite semiconductor systems. The application and properties of semiconductor nanoparticles, type and synthesis of composite semiconductor nanoparticles were summarized in this paper.
