摘要
本文采用碘甲烷作为衍生剂,在氯化三乙基苄基胺水溶液和氢氧化钠水溶液中进行衍生化反应,通过气相色谱法对硝基苯酚的三种异构体衍生物进行分离和测定,其邻、间、对三种硝基苯酚的检出限分别为1.72mg/L、1.03mg/L和1.59mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.78%、2.52%和3.63%,结果令人满意。
Iso-nitrophenol was derived by iodomethane as derivative in the mixture of 4, 4- dihydroxydiphenyl propane and dichloromethane,separated and determined by gas chromatography. The limit of detection and the relative standard error of o-nitrophenol, m-nitrophenol and p-nitrophenol derivatives are 1.72,1.03,1.59mg/(L and 1.78%, 2.52%, 3.63% ,respectively.
