摘要
在38℃和39℃不同温度条件下培养山羊卵母细胞,成熟率分别为63.6%和57.3%,差异不显著,说明只要培养温度在山羊正常体温的变动范围内,对其卵母细胞的成熟率没有影响。10 mg/mL BSA代替10%FCS培养山羊卵母细胞成熟率为58.7%,对照组为62.5%,差异不显著,说明无血清培养可以代替血清培养。
At different temperatures 38 ℃ or 39 ℃, the maturation rate of Goats Oocytes were 63.6% and 57.3%, respectively. There were no significant differences between two temperatures (p 〉0.05). The results showed that temperature had no obvious effect on IVM of Goats Oocytes as long as the educated temperature is within the variety scope of the normal body temperature of Goats ; At 38 ℃, 10mg/mL BSA vs 10% FCS, the maturation rate were 58.7% and 62.5%, respectively. There were no significant differences between the group with BSA and with FCS (p〉 0.05). The results showed that serum in IVM could be replaced.
