摘要
采用4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测定异丙苯中的苯酚含量,通过优化试剂用量、pH值和显色时间等,确定本方法的最佳测定条件,试样反应后吸光度值至少在8h内保持不变,反应产物十分稳定。本方法快速、便于操作,方法精密度及加标回收率均令人满意。
This method is about the use of 4-aminoantipyrine as a reagent for determination of the phenol content in Isopropylbenzen by spectrometer . By optimizing the testing wavelenth, reagent amount, pH 、 reaction time and so on to obtain the suitable testing condition. The result of reaction is stable and unchangeable for more than 8 hours. The method is rapid and easy to operate and has a high sensitivity for the phenol. The precise and accuration is satisfied. The method can be used for routine analysis during the process of production and trade.
