摘要
这里基于虚拟制造环境下,对金属带式CVT的装配过程进行仿真,指出虚拟装配中的关键技术,设计—了金属带式CVT虚拟装配过程从建模、虚拟装配过程到可装配性评价一系列过程。提出金属带式CVT虚拟装配的装配概念,在早期规划阶段检查设计金属带式CVT装配错误并从几何关系上确认装配顺序以减少物理样机的数目,从而达到缩短规划和调试的周期。
Based on virtual manufacture (VM), the thesis simulated the assemblage process ofmetal pushing belt type continuously variable transmission( CVT) , pointed the key technology ofthe system, and designed the a series of ways of metal pushing belt type CVT including modeling, assembling process and the estimate of the assemblage, put forward the vinual assemblage (VA ) concept. The assemblage mistakes of metal pushing belttype CVT can be checked up and beaffirmed the assemblage order in geometry connection at the early layout phases in order toshorten the layout and debugging periods.
